Because files are processed locally in your browser, EasyPDFNex does not store, retain, or transmit your documents. We cannot access, view, or recover your files. You are responsible for keeping your own copies of important documents.

Tools that produce signatures, certificates, or other security features are provided for convenience only. They do not constitute legal advice, and we make no guarantees that any output will satisfy the legal requirements of any jurisdiction. The Service, including its code, design, logos, text, and graphics, is owned by EasyPDFNex and its operator, NexoraCreation, and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. The open-source portions of the codebase are subject to their respective licenses.

The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that results will be accurate or reliable.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, EasyPDFNex and NexoraCreation shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for any loss of data, profits, revenue, or business opportunities arising from your use of or inability to use the Service.

The Service may display advertising, including ads delivered by Google AdSense. Advertisers may use cookies and similar technologies as described in our Cookie Policy. We are not responsible for the content, policies, or practices of any third-party services or websites linked from the Service.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Service at any time, with or without cause and with or without notice. Since the Service processes files locally, termination does not affect any documents already on your device.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which EasyPDFNex's operator is established, without regard to conflict-of-law principles. You agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in that jurisdiction for any disputes arising out of these Terms.
